These are made from tibetan silver and the hoop of the toggle measures 15mm across, the bar measures 24mm across. The detailing is on both sides of the bar and one side of the hoop. The connector loop that you attach the chain to is hidden behind the flower on the hoop. Pretty and unusual toggles.
